NW Auto is a trust worthy place with great options! The staff is extremely nice and efficient. Unlike most 3rd party car sales places, I've never had one bad experience from this place! I've been helped by Zander, Ernesto, Ellie and Brian and they've all been wonderful!
Easiest and most professional used car buying experience that I have ever experienced. I shopped around that day and when I got to NW Auto Group I realized that they care about what kind of cars and trucks that they sell, they take the time to really inspect the cars/trucks and actually make the necessary repairs. I will stop there first next time I'm shopping for a new ride.
I bought this 2005 Wrangler LJ from these guys this year in May. They told me it just went thru this giant inspection before they sold it. Not even one week later I take to a Jeep specialist and they tell me it’s not even safe for me to drive home. $5000 in repairs later (I have a receipt). I’m thinking this dealer either lied to me or the inspection they did is terrible. Just last week some of the off road bed liner on the body fell off hiding cancerous rust that was intentionally covered. Basically I was blatantly and maliciously ripped off. They are the stereotype used car dealer. If I can write this and save anyone from using them it’s worth it. Please don’t buy a vehicle from these folks. For your sake. Not mine.

I contacted this location about a week ago in regards to a car listing I saw online. I let the car salesmen by the name of Ernesto know that I was very much interested and was willing to buy the car. I asked for photos and more info to be sent to my phone but I never got them. Was told that the vehicle required servicing from original manufacturer and it should be done later in the week. I called twice got in contact with Ellie but no response to my messages. I then called again and supposedly my message was forwarded to the owner, which I did not get a call back from. Then I call an additional time only to be told that Ernesto that the car was sold in the morning. It’s very upsetting, because they’re very unprofessional and an unreliable dealership. I wouldn't suggest doing business with them.
